Artist's Description
Inspired by my wife and her friend Sara who love to get together and talk over coffee. The time is twilight as dusk settles in and conversation continues steadily. Our cat Domino is intrigued. I designed the quilt in the background to depict the theme.
About John Paul Stanley
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I grew up enjoying the outdoors and the visual arts. I love to travel and soon after I graduated from college in graphic design and illustration I ventured off to Europe to travel and sketch. Upon returning from Europe with new creative juices flowing I pursued a masters degree in illustration. Along with enjoying travel I enjoy meeting and interacting with people. For that reason I taught graphic design, illustration and multimedia in college for four years. After teaching I established my own art agency that created illustrations and designs for small and large corporations in the San Francisco Bay Area for over fifteen years. Next I joined some exciting and ever changing internet...
